Cava Peruvian Wall Mirror

Wall mirror with a hand-carved frame and bronze finish. Designed as a decorative wall piece that reflects light while adding texture and dimension to a space. Each frame shows slight variations in carving and finish.

Origin:
Peru. Hand-carved by artisan communities using traditional techniques historically used in religious sculpture. Luna Sundara has worked directly with Peruvian artisans for over 10 years, supporting the continuation of these methods.

How to use:
Hang securely on a wall using appropriate hardware. Place it in areas where it can reflect natural or ambient light to open up the space. Works well as a standalone piece or as part of a gallery wall.

Traditional Peruvian mirrors are created using a traditional technique where gold leaf is applied to a hand carved wooden shape. This inherently makes the mirrors delicate but beautiful. Clean with a soft cloth or duster. The mirror can be clean by applying a small amount of glass cleaner to a soft cloth or paper towel and cleaning in a circular motion. Avoid using chemical cleaners on the gold leaf.
