Sometimes we find ourselves in a state of tension due to difficult routine work, negative influences, health problems, there are endless reasons to feel discomfort and worried. Meditation is experiencing restlessness and relief from the constant chatter of the mind to feel the silence and peace. There are many ways to accomplish this, and if your schedule is hectic and keeps you busy then these apps will help you achieve a state of calmness. After a long hectic day at work, who doesn’t need a little head space?

The app allows you to check in how you are feeling (mentally and physically) and according to the results they give you a 5-minute mediation for your results. Relax-Melodies Relax Melodies | iOS / Android If you have problems sleeping, then I guarantee this app will be your new best friend. The Key: You just need to select sounds and melodies that you like and combine them to create a mix. Adjust the volume of each sound individually for better results.  They offer a variety of sounds such as river, ocean, winds, flute, rain, birds, voices and more.
